Our Staff

The day-to-day management of the charity is delegated to our General Manager, who reports to the Board of Trustees. Staff and volunteers are led by the General Manager.

David Brown – General Manager – David is our General Manager and looks after the charity. He has many years management experience ranging from estates management to grant-making, and as a consultant to charities and social enterprises. He works to ensure each of our clinics and the whole organisation runs effectively and develops new services in order to reach more people who are homeless.

Will Pearce – Admin Officer – has been working as the VCHP administrator since October 2010. Having spent a number of years working as an office manager for an independent film festival he decided to seek more meaningful employment within the third sector, focusing on organizations supporting homeless groups. He also works part-time for an organization, which runs a network of community cinemas for homeless and marginalized people.
